These terms are between Facundo LLC, doing business as BUY HARD, and the person or business using the service. Contact facundo@facundo.xyz for support.

Using BUY HARD for your business

BUY HARD provides a business inventory and purchasing workspace and related AI integrations. Initial availability is limited to the United States. You must be authorized to act for the business and to use the accounts, records, documents, supplier connections and payment services you connect. Access requires an active BUY HARD account with permission for the relevant business workspace.

Keep account access secure and provide accurate company, product and delivery information. Do not access another company's records, bypass approval controls, interfere with the service, or use BUY HARD for unlawful activity. Only upload or connect information you are permitted to use for the requested purpose.

AI and business records

AI output, web research and imported documents may contain mistakes. Stock forecasts depend on the counts, usage and sales information available. Supplier quotes, prices, stock and delivery estimates can change. Review the source information and exact order terms before approving a purchase. BUY HARD records operation and approval history so you can review what was requested and what was confirmed.

Connecting an AI app gives it the permissions shown in the connection and BUY HARD settings. It may read records or request changes within that access. Account owners control permission changes and approvals. Revocation stops future use of a connection; it does not reverse completed business changes or erase information already returned to another service.

Purchases and communications

BUY HARD can prepare drafts, contact suppliers and submit supported orders when the required authorization is present. You are responsible for the business's purchasing decisions and the exact supplier, items, quantities, address, price, tax, freight and delivery terms you authorize. If you enable background purchasing, review its limits and supplier restrictions. A pending request, unconfirmed send or unknown outcome is not proof that an order was placed or cancelled.

Customers pay suppliers directly for purchases. Purchases are fulfilled by the relevant supplier. Supplier and payment-provider terms govern their products, payment processing, delivery, returns and refunds. A cancellation request does not establish cancellation until it is confirmed. Do not treat an uncertain order as failed and submit it again without reconciling the existing attempt. BUY HARD does not provide payroll, bank wires or restaurant table reservations.

Other services and payment access

ChatGPT, Claude, sales providers, email services, suppliers and checkout/payment services operate separately and have their own terms. Their availability and rules can affect a feature. You buy supplier products from the relevant supplier and pay through the supplier's supported payment flow. BUY HARD's automation does not replace the supplier's or payment provider's terms. Use secure handoffs for sign-in, payment setup and payment challenges; do not give raw payment credentials to an AI conversation.

Your content, fees and ending use

You retain your rights in the business information you provide. BUY HARD handles that information for the purposes described in the privacy notice. You may disconnect integrations and stop using BUY HARD. Closing an account does not undo purchases, supplier communications or obligations already incurred. Retention and privacy requests are handled as described in the privacy notice.

BUY HARD is free at the US launch. Customers remain responsible for the supplier purchases they authorize, including applicable taxes, shipping and supplier fees. Any future BUY HARD fees will be presented before a charge is authorized. These terms do not authorize a recurring BUY HARD charge. Supplier cancellation, return and refund terms apply to supplier purchases.

Availability, changes and legal terms

Features may change or become unavailable, including because an external provider changes its service. We may restrict access to protect accounts, enforce these terms or meet legal requirements. We will publish updates to these terms with their effective date. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow the operator to exclude.
